Spend considerable time each year in snowy areas. Boots were very warm and waterproof, and fit like a glove all along.Had some separation along the seam between the sole area and the sides. Bought some sealant to see if I can fix. Issue on both boots.Used a lot, even in warm weather and in wet areas with my huskies.Not what I expected but if I can rectify all will be well since that's the only issue.

I am sad that these are way too big, I wear a women's 8.5 and as headline it stated size 7 women = size men 8, so with the reviews saying they ran small, I was confident that a size 8 men's would be a good fit since they are a boot. They have just arrived and the label in the boot says size 8 men's = size 10 women's and that is how they feel - I can move my feet all around - I want to keep them, but think they will be too clumsy and probably rub and cause blisters.Had they been honest in their advert on sizes, I wouldn't have ordered - other than that they seem like they would be a great boot.

I’m giving this a five star rating because it is an awesome boot! Well constructed and nice and warm. The only downfall I can see to this mood is that it runs small in size. I’m normally a size 12 with a relatively narrow foot. I ordered them size 13 thinking they would be plenty big enough. To my surprise they were actually perfect in length and also to my surprise they were narrow and tight. I return them because of this and ordered 13 wide. I will update my review once I receive the 13 wide . Overall a great boot But definitely order a size larger than your normal size . This is an update to my previous review. I’ve worn these out three weekends in a row icefishing in below freezing temperatures on Lake Huron in Michigan. I have to give these an awesome review! Never did in my feet wants to get cold in fact I was complaining that they were too warm! Comfort level is awesome, Lightweight and easy to walk in. They are not bulky and never did I feel like I was tripping over my own feet because of it. We walked 1 mile out and pulled all of our gear out on 🛷. I was completely comfortable. We were on the ice for probably a total of eight hours in a shanty but never did my feet get cold. I would highly recommend this Boot!

The only thing I don’t like about them is that they are SO comfortable that I’d like to get a pair to go out with. Unfortunately the 8” boot only comes in Moss Oak and not a solid brown. Because of my bad ankles I can’t wear a 6” but they do make a solid brown in 6”When I bought this boot I never thought it could be this comfortable. I really like it and am thinking of buying another pair before they stop making them

After reading the reviews I purchased the boots, very pleased, I was looking for something that ran i little narrower then the standard ones which I’ve always struggled with trying to get them to feel comfortable, but these right out of the box are great, we haven’t had any cold weather yet to see how they keep my feet warm, but so far I give them an A+, well done thank you finely found a boot that fits++++

I’ve owned many pair of boot, from the cheapest at Wally world to big name-high dollar and must say these are the most comfortable boots I’ve worn. I’ve only worn them a few times, but if the craftsmanship holds up, as I’m hard on boots, I’ll be purchasing more from Thorogood.
