Used for grad party buffet, no issues and loved the colors

We got these as stocking stuffers after loving our own mini tongs. They are perfect for chinese or thai noodle carry out (larger ones can flip back out of the carry out containers). I also find myself using them for simple cooking tasks like rolling sausages or turning veg or meat in a stri fry.

These were the size I wanted but unfortunately after a few uses the tips are starting to peel.

My mom really likes smaller tongs because the bigger ones can feel unwieldy when you're cooking smaller things. I previously got her a slightly smaller, cheap pair that fell apart, so I picked this set up as a Christmas present. Initial impression is these are much better material construction than our old one that broke. The tips are solid and about 1/4" thick silicon. I was trying to avoid the other variety I saw out there with the thin claws because that flimsy kind of tip is what broke last time. I'm a little concerned about the strength of the pin, but I'll update if it fails over time.

These are very well made. Nice and sturdy, and easy to grip items. Just make sure after you wash them, to stand them up with the lock end down, so water drains out of the silicone gripping ends before storing. If you don't, they may possibly rust or get some funky stuff growing inside the silicone gripping ends. Really like these, & use them all the time.

Note: I'm not using these in the way that they are intended for food. I use these wonderful silicone tongs to pick up cat poop out of the litter box. If you can wipe off cat poop from these tongs, you can easily clean food from them. Nothing sticks to them which is nice. They are just the right size, very sturdy and made of high-quality materials. There is a perfect little loop at the end of the tongs so that you can hang the tongs up as well. I live in the Florida Panhandle and have not seen any rust or discoloration on the metal or the silicone. I would definitely purchase these tongs again.

I love that there were several of them in different colors. However, I’m not impressed. They tend to be a little weak on the handles when closing and opening the clasp. I hand wash them and hope they will last for a while.

These colorful tongs are a must for every cook. I use two different colors while preparing ChickenParmesan, using one for the egg/milk coating and breadcrumbs, and the other to turn while frying.They are very well made, and can make a great stocking stuffer gift.Jill Bee
