Wilks-USA RX525 High Powered Pressure Washer -165 Bar / 2400 PSI

My 150m sq garden is completely layed with Indian sandstone paving slabs. Because of the garden position, it only gets minimal sunshine and my slabs tend to get a heavy algae growth which needs cleaning every 3-4 months. I usually hire professionals to do this at a cost of around £180 per time. I completely cleaned the entire garden with my new wilks pressure washer today in less than 4 hours. The results were fantastic and just as good as any other time it had been cleaned with industrial petrol powered machines. The instructions were very easy to follow and the machine worked brilliantly. The output pressure was easily strong enough for what i needed. A great product for a great price. Thank you.

I need a new jetwash to replace my old Karcher which was on its last legs. I spent a while looking online and narrowed it down to the Wilks and the Karcher K4, both appeared similar, but the Karcher had quite a few bad reviews especially around built quality. So I went for the Wilks.Arrived well boxed and in new condition. Once opened the box all of the attachments were in a separate box and the only assembly I needed to do was to attach the lance holder to the jetwash, which could be done easily with a Phillips screwdriver.There are so many different attachments to cover everything you would need it for. Plus extra nozzles for very high pressure jetwashing.I decided to test it out by washing the cars using the normal lance (only used it in this mode) and wow, the power of the jetwash is very very good! I experienced no issues whilst using it and used it on a small bit of patio and it cleaned up up very very well.It is quite a heavy unit, but it has a extendable handle and wheels so it isn't really an issue. Plus because it's heavy it makes you feel like it's well built. All of the connectors for the attachments are metal, which again is good quality.So far I can't knock this jetwash, it appears well built, works well and I am looking forward to using the other attachments when I get chance. If you after a powerful jetwash with an attachment for any task, I'd go with this one!

This Wilks power washer is packed with accessories that give the user many cleaning options.It is well made with high quality materials and comes with a two year warranty.Three nozzles provide the power settings which unfortunately cannot be adjusted, although appear to be adequate for most needs.The gutter cleaning attachment is a good idea but you still need to use a ladder to get high enough with associated problems caused by the stiff hose.A common issue with many PW's is when using the detergent, from the on-board 1ltr container, as it is not trigger fed and so is used up very quickly. Only the low pressure accessories can utilise this feature, namely the rotary brush, static brush, blue nozzle, gutter cleaner and patio cleaner.The one disappointment, from a usage pov, was the patio cleaner, which in comparison with the rest is a bit flimsy, doesn't clean as well as my last one and has a habit of lifting whilst in operation causing the user to get very wet and dirty feet.In summary, I recommend this product as it's good value for money (I paid £135 on a discounted deal but even at £160 it is GVFM) and works well but score it only 4 stars because of the issues mentioned above.

The RX525 was well package and easy to assemble. The hose is of good length, pre-connected and easily unwound from the very useful storage reel. There is a very good selection of adapters which have metal connections which are, in my opinion, far superior and less prone to failure compared to plastic only connectors. The washer is easy to move around, the pressure seems very adequate and I immediately transformed my patio.This washer so far has exceeded my expectations though of course only time will attest to reliability . However the solid construction and well thought out design promises a long very useful life.I carried put considerable research before buying the RX525 swayed by the price/performance specification and the metal connectors and hose storage system.I am very pleased with my choice and fully recommend this product.

The rotating cone pressure head is especially good for evenly distributing the very high pressure stream on rough York Stone so you don’t get banding. The red high pressure nozzle on the separate wand is powerful enough to etch deep marks out of the stone. The circular patio cleaner with its rotating internal jets is probably good for more delicate smooth surfaces. The rotating car brush was some use for car cleaning but ultimately there is no substitute for a hand wash with sponge. The curved pipe with the right angle bend is for cleaning gutters apparently - might be useful for clearing land drains? Not as noisy as I feared, electric cable isn’t very long but there’s a good run of pressure hose, the reel keeps that part of the machine tidy, but there’s only a clip for the trigger assembly and its extension rod - possibly because in reality they are the only bits you are likely to use. It’s ready to use out of the box. Agree it would be nice to have more ‘on machine’ storage and that the instructions aren’t very good. Don’t think an ordinary household would need anything more than this. Bought this having been completely confused by the Karcher range. Very happy with my purchase.

Used this product in September 23 when brought. Difficult to set up as hose new and you end up fighting the coil on it. After a couple of hours packing this it up, noticed handle not locking off. July 24 after being stored in empty shed I set it up uncoil hoes and find the turbo head after 2 mins use started blowing water everywhere. The head had cracked. I now turn to Amazon to see if I can get this part under warranty. After 5 attempts and seeing that they no long carry this product,I assume it’s junk. Build quality is disappointing and I did read reviews and I brought this product hoping for better. Extremely disappointed
