These things are incredible. Absolutely nothing sticks to them, which means they're easy to clean. And 30 seconds after they're out of the oven they're cool enough to handle by hand. Cookies slide right off. Definitely recommend these.Work awesome in the microwave, too. No more having to clean the bottom out. Just throw one in the microwave, catches all the spills. Pull it out, wipe it down, and you're good to go for the next meal.Gave one to my next door neighbor, who bakes cakes for a living. She says it works great on the cake pans: she cut hers down (with tin snips) to match the round pan size, makes her cakes pop right out of the pan! This company should consider making them in round sizes for bakers everywhere. 5 out of 5 stars for this product: economical, everlasting and extremely effective. Highly recommend.

These were a little too small for my half sheet pans but I kept them anyway for an older smaller set of pans. After only 2 months of use and hand washing, the border has started to peel off. If you will use them regularly, look for a better set. These will not last.

I love these mats! I am glad I decided to take a risk and purchase something I didn't strictly need to buy. This is the only product like this that I've ever used. I've only used them a few times, but they are so convenient. As promised, these eliminate the need for parchment paper, grease, butter, spray, etc. to keep food from sticking. Food slides right off! They are fairly easy to clean. The floppiness can make scrubbing difficult, but this can be solved by scrubbing them on top of a pan.One tiny complaint I have, and it is not even really a complaint, just something that is different than I expected, is that the mats are actually very sticky! I expected them to feel slippery to the touch. The stickyness makes them a little awkward and difficult to store, because they don't slide around easily like cutting boards or pans do. I ended up just storing them on the pan that I use them with. The stickyness also makes them hard to dry by hand after cleaning. When I try to dry them with a towel, the towel just sticks. I have to let them air dry.I took off half a star because it didn't come with any instructions or guidelines at all. (I did order these a few months ago, so maybe this has changed.) I had intended to purchase another set as a gift for a friend if I liked them, but I don't feel comfortable gifting someone something without any paperwork or even a reference to an online manual.I took off another half star because although they are very easy to clean, anything that's greasy at all, like cookies or cheese, leaves behind a "stain", no matter how hard I scrub or what I use to clean it. It isn't a visible stain, but it is more like decreased shininess in the area where the food was. I'm concerned that this may decrease the "non-stick" of the mat after a few years of use.Overall though, I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who bakes!

Too long for my baking pan. Wonder if I can cut it.

Had a susubstance that you couldn't get of off it...without a sure hell of an effort .. And scraping up Little slilicon shavings along with the product. Still very affordable and Ok got the job done

Baking is one of my hobbies and I love doing it. I have seen these and have been wanting some so I decided to order them. First thing I made on them was chocolate chip cookies. They turned out great! My baking sheets are not the best quality but these mats made my cookies turn out nice and brown around the edges while being chewy in the middle.Best of all, my cookies did not stick to the mat! No more scraping cookies off of a pan, just use a spatula and they come right off with no mess. Sugar cookies are next on my list to make along with some bread. I will use these for all of my baking needs from now on!

Just received these and tried my first batch of cookies on them and they came out flawless. Cookies fell right off with only their own oil left behind to clean. Can't wait to try more stuff on them and add to this review as I go.I would have wanted these anyway for ease of use, but my main reason for paying a bit of a premium for silicon mats is easy clean up and they should hopefully hold up well over time. My family likes to destroy cookie/baking sheets, usually by trying to clean them, and I'm hoping this is easier to maintain.

As I sit here enjoying these soft, chewy and warm oatmeal cookies, I'm transported to my mother's kitchen and how much she enjoyed baking these for me, and how much I enjoyed eating them. I remember her cookies clearly, they were simply delicious; the perfect amount of brown sugar and cinnamon, the nuts and raisins and the unforgettable oil and flower mix she would use so that they would not stick to the pan (that was the not so pleasant part). Well, in truth, you didn't really taste much of the flour or oil, but it was there and clean-up was a nightmare too. She must have spent more time cleaning up the baking sheets as us kids did eating her delicious cookies. Which is why these baking wonders are truly a must have for avid bakers such as myself. I love baking these cookies using my mother's recipe and adding a few other ingredients of my own, but I must say the best part is the non-stick, easy to clean baking mats that make the whole process enjoyable.But it's not just the cookies that make this product a wonder, I recently used it to warm up some Argentinian Empanadas, that turned out warm with a crispy crust. I've used it to grill veggies without using any oil, and they take on a whole different flavor and day old pizza warms up nicely again.It's a awesome tool for anyone who likes to bake. Highly recommended.
