Bark Thins Almond Snacking Chocolate Dark Dark Chocolate 20.0 Ounce

I love these! I've been buying them for years, first at Costco and now at Amazon, now that my local Costco no longer carries them. They are addictive, so I dole them out in small quantities.

My husband LOVES Bark Thins. In our area they are very difficult to find, so I ordered from Amazon. They came earlier than expected, yeah. But, they are not edible, they are melted into a big chunk, totally melted before they made it to us. I requested a refund but am waiting to see if they will even do it since they say they are eligible but then when I clicked on it, it says this item is not eligible for a return. Both pkgs!

Delicious product. I utilize Bark Thins to help boost my low Diabetic sugar readings. I wish I could have it for a snack. Excellent Product

Our favorite, in spite of the cost. We used to buy at Costco, but they have not carried it here since '24. High quality chocolate ingredients as of the last batch we purchased. May no longer be available here either.

I've ordered this product so many times in the past. A hack that makes the taste and freshness simply delicious is to take a large premium quality cookie sheet, line it with premium heavy-duty aluminum foil, and spread the pieces out on it in a single layer. I bake it at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes until slightly melted. After melting and removing from the oven, take the back of a metal spoon and spread it out evenly over the pan to the thickness you like. Let it cool completely and freeze it in the cookie sheet. Once frozen, take it out of the freezer, break it into pieces and place the chocolate into two or three quart-sized Ziploc bags. With this method, the white film is gone and the freshness is fantastic!

A friend gave me a bag of dark chocolate almond bark thins, this last Fall. There’s a reason why they are highly rated. My husband and I loved these creamy, crunchy, chocolate chunks; to the point when I wanted a piece or two, he had eaten them all! So, I’ve been looking around for more and saw that I could get them from Amazon. I bought two large bags. The day they were delivered, I opened a bag. There was a white film all over the chocolate, they didn’t smell fresh and definitely didn’t taste nearly as good as the ones we were given. The best by date was 02/23, which isn’t far from now, but these were probably not stored in the right conditions;(?) I’m not sure. This is what happens when your Easter and Halloween chocolates sit around forever, before you throw them away. They get a white film on them and don’t taste very good. I’m assuming since I opened both bags, that I wouldn’t be able to send them back, so they’re going in the trash and I’m out 20 some dollars. Lesson learned. Not the first time I’ve received things very close to the “best by” date. I guess that’s the chance you take when you’re not given that information. Very disappointed!

Resorted to buying on Amazon after our local big box wholesale club stopped carrying the product. Love the dark chocolate and the nuts for crunch. Nightly snack treat.
