Saves my Cast iron pizza pan
I got tired of ruining my cast iron pizza pans, so instead of cutting and serving on the cast iron, I just slide the pizza out onto this one and let it take all the scratches and abuse. perfect.

I LOVE THIS CROWN PIZZA PAN
I ORDER ONE AND WHAT I LOVE ABOUT IT, IS THEIR NOWAY FOR FOOD TO GET INTO A CAVITY CRACK LIKE OTHER ONES I HAVE AND IT'S MADE IN CANADA. I LIKE MIND SO GOOD I BOUGHT TWO MORE OF THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Perfect for my needs, curved (not abrupt) lip
Good quality stainless steel large pizza pans. Work well for heating bought or homemade pizza as well as for serving. I wanted sturdy pizza pans with a gradual curved lip instead of an abrupt one (which makes it hard to use a pizza cutter). These are great!

Can't get clean out of the box
I bought 2 of these pans and they seem sturdy and well made. As usual, I washed them before first use. Once clean, I worked pizza dough on the pan to get it into shape before moving to a pizza screen to finish and bake. When I moved the dough, I noticed what looked like a lot of dirt on the bottom. It was dark grey in color and it was all over the bottom of the dough where it had been in contact with my new pan. The dough was scrapped and I rewashed the pan. Before using either the first pan or the second I had purchased, I wiped the surfaces with a paper towel - more dirt. I've washed these 5x, scrubbing hard with a brillo sponge and soap. The pic above is what a paper towel is still picking up from the surface of the pans. It's too late to return them, so I'll keep washing in hopes my $30 wasn't wasted.

Rust free guaranteed
have only used once, for baking pizza - so far happy with product. Purchased because it is aluminum and guaranteed not to rust.

Pretty nice pans
I use this for homemade pizza which, let’s face it, once you make one you’re hooked for life. My recipe for dough is: tablespoon of yeast in a warm bowl of water with a tablespoon of sugar. Let that sit until it gets foamy and then start your dough. Add a quarter cup of olive oil and salt then whole-wheat and white flour combo to taste. Knead and add flour until it feels dry with kneading. Prove the dough for 45 minutes. Remove and split and then roll into two large pizza bases. Cover with sauce and bake with sauce at 450 for about 10 minutes. Add toppings and then bake another 6-8 minutes. Done! Now I use these pans rather than the ones with holes because I can coat these with olive oil and semolina so they don’t stick. I never use non stick products. I clean the pans by hand after they cook down. Thanks for listening.

I use it almost weekly. Strong and lightweight aluminium. Super easy to clean. Perfect size for a two person zaa.

Get the job done! One came dented - why only 4 stars
Great pans for cooking pizzas on a stone or just in the oven. One of mine came dented and I didn't want to deal with Amazon's tedious process of trying to get a partial refund or another one so gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Great but….
Make sure to put a thin layer of olive oil before you put the pizza dough, when I dont, the dough stays raw on the bottom. But now that I use olive oil on it before putting on the dough, pizza turns out delicious and crispy!

Friday nites are Pizza Nite. These a 6 star addition!
OverviewI actually bough them for broiling nachos. My daughter suggested that as a former restaurant owner...we could be making our own pizzas for pizza nite as well :)I used vented pans at the restaurant (with a light coating of olive oil), I'm trying the solid ones now with a bit of corn meal. So far so good. I'm curios to find out how the finish holds up over time...and it the inevitable wear on the aluminum will effect the non stick properties.I will likely add a few more sizes...and a few of the vented pans.Great add to the kitchen...we are really enjoying making our own pizza and nachos. Pros-Good weight-no non stick coatings (I consider that a plus)-great selection of sizes (in both solid and vented)-Commercial qualityCons-NoneRecommendation – Would buy it again and would highly recommend.<---Click below if you found this review helpful--->
