Poor Quality
I have been using this headset for a couple of months now and I am very unhappy with it. I have the mouthpiece right by my mouth and literally just about every incoming call I get for my job, the person on the other line is always saying "Hello...Hello? Are you there?". No one can hear me and I can't hear them very well either. One problem is that on the ear piece, they manufactured it for customers who have an apparently very sensitive ear because it is almost all padding and the part that you are supposed to actually hear through is only about the size of a dime and then the ear piece shifts around when you move and then that dime-sized earpiece is off center. This has to be one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made.
