Very helpful!
Because I have herniated disks in my neck, working at my desk/computer all day sometimes becomes painful. Using this traction unit really provides relief.

Works Perfectly!
I don't like to have to wear this, but it does the job it's suppose to. I had to take off the bottom attachment and now it works just like my old one. I would recommend a larger size than you think. This is suppose to be the largest size? Yet it is smaller than the really comfortable size "W" that my Chiropractor uses. I had a small before and it always pinched my ears. I'm so glad the bellows finally broke on that one so I could get this one which just fits. I guess they changed the size chart?

Disappointed
My husband previously had a pronex device that he liked very much and used for 5 years. The bellows rotted and he was unable to repair them. We ordered another one using the sizing recommendations that the company gave. His neck is 18 1/2 inch so we ordered the wide, designated for 18 inches and up. He had a problem transitioning to the new machine as it hurt his neck. He stayed hopeful as this is what the company recommended. The older Pronex only came in one size. The new Pronex is too large. After 35 days we asked to exchange it for a smaller size Pronex and as the 30 days passed he does not qualify.Do not buy this product!

Great Portable Unit
I have tryed many cheaper home traction units before deciding to spend a little more money on this one. This is as good as many physical therapy 100k office machice. I have felt much better from my upper back and neck pain. This was one of my best purchases ever!!

Pronex
Works great as a traction device. Easy and portable, it can be done mostly anywhere and if you do it 2 - 3 times per week, it makes a difference in the level of pain experienced.
