Powerful for its size
Arrived quickly and as described. Pifco, British made product.Power: Powerful fan for its size.Size: it's about a 22cm diameter fan, base is about 28 cm wide, 15 cm deep.Stability: the fan is mounted on a very sturdy and stable base, which can be placed on the floor or other surface. There are 2 holes to allow you to mount it on the wall with 2 screws.Control: it has a turn knob on three back of the fan with 3 positions, off (0), 1, and 2Rotation: it rotates in the vertical direction only with 5 positions which it locks into with no drifting. There is no side to side rotation - but that's what I needed, and the design is very sturdy as a result.Mobility: it's light, and easy to move around, and has a "handle" (a slot your hand safely fits into) on top. So making this a very handy fan to have around.Noise level: motor runs smoothly. Although I wouldn't rate this as the quietest fan, but for the power I'm not surprised. The noise doesn't bother me while I'm working. For sleeping it might not work, depends on you. I mostly use it on 1, but position 2 is even more powerful.Very happy with the purchase. Would recommend and buy again.

Excellent little fan
Very impressed with this fan, quality, robust, and relatively quiet, for the price it's a good deal. I have mine mounted on the wall near my work area in the garage. I'm surprised at the amount of air movement this small fan generates, the fan is well balanced therefore very little vibration and the tilt system is sturdy enough to stay in the angled position. For the fan diameter, it is quite powerful not used the 2nd speed as not had a requirement for it. For my work area, it is superb but cannot offer any detail regarding quite indoor use, ie bedroom

Powerful for its size
Does the job. Very noisey, not recommended for quiet areas such as a bedroom. Low setting is only around 25% slower than max setting, I feel this should be around 50-60% of max setting.

Excellent Electric PICCO Fan - gives great relief from feeling hot or short off breath brilliant
The media could not be loaded. Excellent I have brought many fans & the flow off air does not give me relief to cool down ! Sometimes if am poorly o find this fan excellent cools me down instantly helps me breath easier ! Plus I have hot flush sweats & this Picco fan is the best excellent I brought 4& I highly recommend ! Thsnkyiu

Packs a punch for the size, but you pay for it in sound.
Good effective fan for the size, however I’d agree with other negative reviews on the sound, not the quietest motor

Worth the money!
Nice little fan, not remote control, but very lightweight and wall mounts easily. The power cable could be longer though, but specially when wall mounting, I had to use an extension cable. But it is a good fan.
