best dipping chocolate out there
I use a lot of this when strawberries are in season. Love the shell coating when it cools. I'll be buying again soon since I'm almost out, again.

Not hard shell! Refrigerate helps after you dip the strawberries. Tastes good.
Doesn't get crunchy hard like I wanted.

Tasty but thick
The taste of this chocolate is enjoyable, but it did not create an elegant appearance when I dipped strawberries (the coating was quite thick and not entirely smooth -- more like a thin cake frosting, although it did harden nicely). Same for the white chocolate version. Still very yummy, but it did not create the smooth, thin coating I expected.
