It works for what I needed
I needed a spring repair on my loveseat and the new spring needed to be cut to fit. I don't have a use for the tool other than that or if perhaps another spring brakes. It did what it was supposed to do!

It works for cutting small hard pins.
It cuts most of the way through the pins I need to cut. An easy flex finishes the cut.

A champ of value!
These cutters were perfect for what I needed; cutting chicken fencing and wire to wrap it. Cut through it like butter. I cannot vouch for heavy duty use; I wouldn't use this for anything but luggage locks, and some of them might be a bit of a struggle with this pair.

Would not even cut through a small screw.
