I am not a professional, just a mom who likes to go overboard now and again. Had to make some tiramisu and tortes for a wedding shower and needed to make sure my whipped cream didn’t collapse during the event. Saw a video on how to stabilize whipped cream and this one was highly recommended as it doesn’t change the consistency for the most part nor the flavor. Glad I picked this. It held up beautifully throughout the day. The instructions are in German and I translated through an app but basically states: Slightly beat 200-250 grams of whipped cream (.87-1.08 cups). Add sugar and vanilla to taste and one packet of Sahnesteif slowly. Whip till stiff. I actually used only 3/4 package of Sahnesteif to 1.5 cups of whipped cream and used powered sugar to help stiffen. Also I am not a great piper by any means but this did well for me as an amateur. One thing I really liked was with the cups that I didn’t pipe so well, this made it easy to pick up the whipped cream in one piece without leaving a mess on the desert and gave me the ability to re-pipe.

Incorrect Weight of Product - Don’t Buy
Been using this stabilizer for decades, with stellar results! Packets, up until now, have ALWAYS been 10g.!! Seller’s description states 10g., but all of the packets I received are clearly 8g., which will mean I’ll have to use more packets to achieve the same results! BEWARE before you buy!!!!!!
