Have discernible growth in just 7 days. The seed we planted less than 30 days ago is 90% filled in. This product is incredible and we highly recommend. Planted in mid June thru mid July so outside the normal “parameters” but doing great. Located in SE TN.

This grass seed more than exceeded my expectations. I was so happy with the dark green color, thickness and fast germination time. Hands down my favorite seed. With proper watering and fertilization you will not be disappointed!!! Also I put down Tenacity for weed control. Mountain View Seeds you guys have a lifetime customer in me 110%. I put this down after a complete yard scalp and aeration. And the time that it grew back and filled in completely was insane. If you are a fan of thick growth and deep dark green color then this tall fescue blend is the seed for you.

I put down half of a bag of leftover seeds from last year. And bought two bags of the same product and put these seeds down the same day as that first half bag.The leftovers have great germination rate and grew quickly like they did last year and have already been mowed for 2 weeks now. This year's seeds seem like only the ones with blue coating germinated after nearly 3 weeks. And 2 months later, there are only about 2 inches of growth.They are watered and fertilized the same, but have different germinate rates and growth rates.Something is wrong with these seeds.

Very happy with this grass seed. Took about 3 months to fully mature, but really pleased with the results. This is a cool weather grass and likes shade.

I've heard that Mountain View Seeds uses excellent grass cultivators, and I needed to get some grass seed planted this spring to repair damage the local utility company made over the winter. The tall fescue took 10 days to germinate, and has been growing well.However, I am unhappy by all the thick bladed and quicker growing annual ryegrass that was included in the seed mix. It sticks out like a sore thumb in my well maintained lawn. Hopefully it dies off soon when the summer heat arrives.

It took a couple months and two overseedings to make it the dominant grass, but the tall fescue seed gives better color and texture than other lawns. Mine is distinct in the neighborhood due to these seeds. It's beautiful

Haven't used seed yet, but figured I'd update anyone that is curious about the newest blend. Higher percentage of inert matter, and the coating increased to 25% of the bag, which used to be 20%. I'll update after I use it in the fall.**Update** I decided to seed a few bare spots a few weeks ago. I've got good germination and growth. I would recommend this blend 100%.
