Box as beaten as Ross's Wife!
Box was beaten, had no clingfilm and the toffee had melted somewhat with the paper; meaning one would have to eat the paper to eat the toffee. No sealed plastic bag inside the box, so old and stale.

It was a gift which the recipient was very thankful for and enjoyed.

The Look of the Box is the Only Thing Scottish About These
Friday , 16 April, 2021 :These are just Toffee Whirls that have been around for years only they are not as rich as they used to be. I think they used to be a shilling / £0.05 a quarter pound back in the day. Scottish toffee my aunt Bessie, just run of the mill Toffee Whirls. I was also looking at the other sweets this line offer but after this i am not impressed, however, i only speak fir myself. See them for what they are please and that is Toffee Whirls, not bad but not great , but they are not Scottish Toffee as advertised in my opinion. . Had the company spent money on the actual sweets instead of a fancy box passed of as Scottish Toffee then perhaps that would have been a more intelligent idea as people are not stupid afterall . I bought these from Amazon too, sadly they seemed to have fooled Amazon on this. Edible , but as stated and in my opinion they are just Toffee Whirls .
