My old diamond clean lasted for years. This time something internal near the head started rattling after about a year. It still brushes but something seems off like the brushs arent holding as firmly maybe. It's an expensive brush, expected better but it still cleans pretty well. My old sonic care still better though.

This is the greatest toothbrush you can have. I used the oral B in the past and it didn't felt good, I got a little bit of sensitivity when using the Oral B so never tried other toothbrush. A friend recommended me to try this one and I bough this pair. Just the best cleaning I ever experienced, fells like I'm leaving the dentist everyday.Try yourself and I tell you, you're gonna love it.Battery last a week.The only thing I believe its missing on this kit is the travel pouch that you can use to recharge the brush...It looks very classy and the charging base also looks fantastic.

The media could not be loaded. The previous version later 7 years. This one has already broken. Classic case of high price but poor quality. Designed to fail after a couple of years. Sons Sonicare kids brush has similar issue. Avoid. The fault is that the vibrating pin is loose and slack. Product properly cared for and kept clean. Only genuine heads used.

These are excellent toothbrushes, and recommended by my dentist, however after about 18/21 months, the spindle attaching the brush comes loose and the toothbrush head wobbles around rather than cleaning the teeth properly.If you are lucky enough for this to happen within the two year guarantee period, Amazon has a very efficient repair organisation for repairs, however it's useful to have a back-up brush for when this will happen.Apparently this is a design recognised fault, mentioned by others, so I wish Philips would correct it, rather than allow this fault to continue.

I always thought that all electric toothbrushes were the same and refused to buy an expensive one. When I seen this on offer I decided to give it a chance as the reduction was significant.I'm so glad I did! My teeth have never felt so clean before! Absolute bargain considering 2 brushes and chargers come in this pack.The battery life it great and you get an amber warning light showing it will need charged soon. I got about 3 brushing sessions after this light came on before the battery died.Takes ages to charge but I just let it charge overnight so its ready for the morning.Highly recommend!

I Buy 2 of them , one it’s working perfectly the other one from one month is not working anyMore I don’t know why , and I can’t believe I Don’t have a guarantee or something because is not fair to pay so much money and to work just for 2 months ….

I have used this brand since they first came to market. They are a good toothbrush and clean v well however they don't last like they used to and seems to develop faults more often. For the price this should not be the case.

We love them. The functionality it great.
