Q: The brush heads do not fit all the way down to the top of the handle? There is a small gap of a couple of mm. Surely this isn't right?

It doesn’t cause a problem & stays clean so it’s not not a problem & is the best toothbrush we have ever had

Q: The twin pack comes with 2 toothbrushes, 2 pucks but 1 charger glass. Do I need to buy a charger glass if I want to give a brush to my friend ?

As the image depicts, there are two black charging units, one charging glass and one clear cover that holds the toothbrush upright when charging. I'll leave you to decide who gets the glass and who gets the cover.
