Applied Nutrition Pump 3G Pre-Workout (Zero Stimulant), ICY Blue Raz - 375g

For years I've used a pre gym supplement with bags of caffeine in it. As a fan of coffee this additional caffeine ofter gave me the jitters which would negatively impact my workout. This caffeine free formula still gives me a buzz during my workout but without the nasty jitters.It can however give you the dreaded itchy face. On occasion I feel like I could claw my face off it gets that bad. This happens when I've moisturised before taking it as I think it's something to do with logged pore fighting the shake trying to open your pores. Whatever causes it, it doesn't happen bad if I leave out the moisturiser.The taste, smell and mixability are all excellent. A tart, refreshing taste with a matching smell. It mizes into the consistency of water so all good.All in all, a great pre gym which is my go to before a peloton cycle or strength class. Highly recommend.

I like this product, will buy again. Taste is very sweet but that’s industry standard. I feel it was a useful pre-workout and did help. The creatine dose is a little strange, not a full daily dose and a bit more than you’d want to take on top of your regular dose maybe? - changing that either way would make this a 5 star in my view.

Pretty nice taste, although it did make my skin feel prickly for about an hour after taking it.

Everything i am looking for in a pump without the caffeine jitter overload where all i usually get is an itchy body ! will be buying more

Does the job! More energy and pump in the gym with no crash or shakes after. Tastes good and for the money the tub is full right to the top unlike these other brands that just half fill them! Can’t ask for much more!

It's weird I've had these ingredients before on other pre-workouts, but none of them makes me feel sick in the stomach, trouble breathing and coughing why? I can't give it more than 1 star because I feel no different from normal plain creatine from other sources and the label is rather missleading it says 50 scoops to make sales its not 50 servings the fine print is 2 scoops per serving so your getting 25 days worth for 20 quid or more product shouldn't cost more than £10 all your getting for the pump is creatine and thats a dime a dozen in this industry.Sorry I can't buy this again or recommend it, I've tried hundreds of these products from Amazon shopping, all different brands a wide range I know my stuff. I will say The quality of the material used is good though really good maybe too good, I might prefer cheaper packaging for cheaper product however, and if it doesn't make you cough or give you trouble breathing for a while......Then it might work for you but so would the other stimulant free ones, I had high hopes for applied nutrition brands but the only decent one is their essential amino acids Amino Fuel. I might stick to Mutant Brand for now their BCAA's and Amino's seem to work better for me without the side effects that I get with almost all of the applied nutrition products. I'd personally stay away from the pump there's just something in it that makes me gasp for air.I think I should throw it away or send it back, on the other hand the flavour is decent the icy blue raz maybe if I add just a little like half the dose or less I could use it as a flavour in some water, I would get to use it for 50 days or more hopefully without the side effects of the full dose. It won't really give me a pump for exercise though. Finally the Beta Alanine does give you the tingles on full dose if that's your sort of thing, but if your used to that ingredient and the dose of it, you won't feel it anymore.

I was looking for a non stim so I can still sleep whilst taking a preworkout, not only can I sleep, I get a great pump and lots of focus! It’s cheap and effective. I will be buying again.
