Curandera

I was a bit surprised that so much of the book was in Spanish, though I don't know why that surprised me. That said, I very much enjoyed the narrative, the beauty of language and images, and the scenario she presented. She presents much that must be reflected upon. My Spanish is very limited, but I was able to translate bits and pieces to enhance the portions written in English. A worthwhile read no matter what your native language.
