Organic flour is so much nicer to eat than processed and treated flour. It doesn’t stick to the roof of your mouth like a lot of other bread does. One bag makes two loaves. It takes me about 10 minutes to put the ingredients together in the bread maker and I use the 2 hour programme to bake it. The smell is lovely whilst it’s baking. Very pleased with this flour from Shipton Mill.
