After using the band for three days it's gone check the picture waste of money

It's like having a gym at home.Very tough and durable, good material, no smell of rubber at all. It's like having a gym at home. I have this one band and a pair of the lighter ones, for my set of exercises. But one should wear a pair of sturdy gloves while exercising, to protect the hands and fingers, with padding on the palm side of the gloves, since the band causes lot of friction and bare hands can get injured easily if not protected. I have already recommended it to my friends

I could see a light spot in the band from day one, but wasn't expecting it to snap so very easily.You'll have to find another ways to use the band now.29 june 2019Do not buy at all. One of the band snapped right across my face. Fortunately enough no harm, but something like this can damage your eye extensively!!!!

The packaging is super cute, petite and aesthetically very pleasing. It comes in pastel pink colours and is divided into light, medium, heaving and extra heavy resistance bands. It is quite portable and can easily fit in a handbag, making it good for a quick workout during travel. The stretch is good, although it doesn't quite fit around my ankle area, it is a big larger in size for me but overall good for glute and arm workouts.

Available in different strengths. Colors of the band are different to easily know the difference. The strength of the band is mentioned on the band itself. Great for use as at home workout.
