As an avid biker...I love riding - however, with that said, I do not enjoy doing it in extreme cold conditions. Sure, I can pull my hoodie over my head or wear a knit cap, but that still leaves my face completely exposed and it just freezes.This face mask makes an otherwise freeze-filled bike ride entirely doable. It does what it's supposed to do and even keeps my ears from getting frost bite. I do think its important to point out that while it does the job, on sunny days in the winter (when it tends to be the most bitter cold), wearing sunglasses can present a problem because regardless of how you wear the mask, the holes which are placed around the mouth portion help, but your glasses fog up pretty much every time you exhale. Now, as I ride, the faster I go, the added wind helps alleviate this to a degree, however it certainly doesn't stop it entirely. It could be due to the particular kind of glasses I wear, but I've tried it with 3 different types that I own and have discovered no difference. So the trade-off here is that yes the mask will make a HUGE difference in bitter cold conditions, but on sunny days, you're probably going to have to just deal with the glare unless you happen to have a pair that handles the fogging up better...in which case, these are a steal.I wouldn't wear this thinking it would work in -40 temps, but it would certainly make a difference. I'm happy with mine overall.

Works great

I bought this mask primarily to run in when it's cold outside. Lucky/Unlucky for me, the purchase coincides with sheltering in place and recommendations for public masking with at least cloth masks. This is not anywhere near what a mask should be, I guess, since there are large holes at the mouth/nose area. It is comfortable to run in, though it is a bit big for my head. If I wear a bun or low ponytail, the mask fits better/tighter. I wish the velcro part extended so that I could cinch it tighter against my face because it would move around as I ran. I've tried running with bandanas and other homemade cloth masks in the era of sheltering in place and running at a 6-foot distance, but this mask is the only one that doesn't make me feel like I'm suffocating and doesn't affect my running times as much. I do have to adjust it intermittently during my run because it slides down my face, but at least I feel like I can easily breathe with this mask as I run, while of course still giving a wide 6-foot berth to those I may see along my route.

I purchased the half face mask for the pure fact that it had holes in the front (I don't like the moisture that builds up with most face masks). It is a little big, and I have a big head. When I put it on, there is only about an inch of velcro holding it on, but the velcro is very tight and it doesn't come apart. As for keeping my face warm, it does surprisingly well for how thin it is (I was initially surprised by the thickness). I work outside a lot, and since it is winter it obviously gets really cold. Overall the product works as it should. It would be better if you could adjust it more. But on the plus side, it does keep your face warm enough and it looks really cool.

The mask is probably in the area of a men’s medium. The chin is barely covered and my face is not very long. There are wholes in the front for airflow, so if you’re going to use it for COVID you’ll need to put something in front. I’m going to use something that should work pretty well so this was a good purchase by me, but I wish the mask was a size or two bigger. The overall construction is good and if my face was smaller than this mask would be perfect

Love the way it covers your ears keeps face, ears. Easy to adjust. Price was great also. For sure will get a couple more for family members.

This mask is great to wear in cold and/or windy days to protect your face. I have been out in below freezing temperature and this mask has kept me plenty warm enough and keeps the sting off your face.

I bought this for the upcoming winter, hoping that I could have some extra protection on my face aside from a scarf. Unfortunately, it was far too big for my face. A big chunk of the bottom part just didn't fit my face at all, the nose part was too big and the mask was just generally too loose for me. Even if there was an option to make the mask tighter even tighter than the velcro allows, it would still be too big for me. I had my dad try it on as he has a bigger head than I do and it fits him perfectly so I gave it to him. If you have a smaller head than I wouldn't recommend this particular mask.

Works great for what I bought it for. I work in food production and I go in and out of a giant freezer so my face tends to get really cold and this works great for covering my nose, cheeks, and ears.
