These are the best hangers I have found in my life! I am a very small framed woman and all my adult life I have had a multitude of hanger sizes to accommodate the many styles of tops us women have. This is the first hanger set I have ever owned that fits almost all my tops without poking / stretching out any of the shoulders. Just a heads up: these hangers are probably a little narrow across the shoulder to hang a broad large man's clothes on. The velvet holds the tops in place really well, even wide neck silk tops that seem to fall off all other hangers. I also like that these don't hang very low from the closet rod, because it creates a little more space to put taller things on the shelf below the rod. I have the tan colored hangers. Even right out of the box, I have been able to use them with any color tops in any fabrics without them leaving any fuzz on my clothes. I have bought 4 sets over the past 3 years. These are really thin, which I love because I have a small closet. Even though they are thin, I am able to hang all my heavier winter coats on them without any having broken yet. I have broken a couple of them though because they are thin, so they are more fragile then standard hangers, but given how thin they are, I am amazed at their durability. I get them tangled up in a pile sometimes and shake them out and they crash to the ground and that has never broken any yet. I have only broken them by stepping on them. If you step on one it will likely break. Also, the silver hooks can be turned, but I don't think they are meant to be turned, because I have noticed repeated turning weakens the plastic and then those hangers I have turned a bunch end up cracking later down the line at the point where the hook meets the plastic. That being said, I do turn some every week when I go to put away my laundry, but I try to avoid that. out of the 200 I have owned for two plus years, I have probably broken 15 by either repeatedly turning the hook causing stress over time, or stepping on them.... usually I break them by stepping on them.

I'm trying to save space and I'm also sick of breakable plastic hangers since plastic and write hangers are one product that are not recycled and have a finite life to them. I figure that if I get good quality ones, they'll last me a while and I won't have to worry about them ending up in a landfill.PROS:- save a LOT of room - especially since I like to hang up all my clothes, not just my jackets. When I only have t-shirts and tank tops to hang up, they don't take up much room at all- are great for hanging up nice shirts - I have a few shirts with silk and lace sleeves and it keeps them from getting wrinkled- are great for hanging up tank tops/thin straps - I could never hang them with my old plastic hangers since the notches are so big and they would snag, but the little indent notches on these hangers are perfect- the velvet keeps things from falling off or losing their shape, especially wide-necked shirts and tank tops and especially dresses. This is especially useful in a crowded closet.- holds a surprising amount of weight - for being so small, it can handle even my bulky jackets- easy to stack! I really like this because the velvet keeps them together and their thin design makes it easy to hold in your hands, even when you have 25 of them stacked.- look nice!!! My closet is generally for my eyes only, but I like to see my clothes all uniform. An organized life means a relaxed mine. :)CONS:- the hooks don't all turn - This is my biggest con. Not all of the hooks on these hangers turn around, which is really important to me as I hang clothes I've worn backward (to see which clothes I wear more often). It's also generally useful if I need to hang them up somewhere besides my closet, so I wish they would all turn.- velvet might work a little TOO well - since they're not just plastic, clothes don't just slide off so it takes a little more effort to get a shirt off sometimes- not very flexible - This is a good thing and a bad thing. It's hard to get sweatshirts or any high-collared (or even regular crew) shirts on there since the velvet keeps the shirts from sliding and the hanger itself doesn't really bend. You either have to stretch the neck a little bit or put the hanger in from under. It's not a huge deal, and I appreciate the solid construction more than I do the time it would save if they were a bit more flexible.All in all, I still give this product 4 stars because other than the hooks, the other cons are part of why this product is great. They're worth the extra money and this way, I don't have to feel like I want every hanger when I buy clothes at a store. :) My old ones are off to Goodwill!

23 of the hangers are good! I like the colour and they are super cute. Disappointed that 2 of the 25 hangers were damaged ... 1-no top hook( was not even in the box ?)/2-other hook is bent . The box the hangers were in was damaged. The box it was shipped in was not so I don't feel it was the shipping company.. it was actually sent in a damaged condition. It's only 2 out of the 25 but it says virtually UNBREAKABLE in the product description and they showed up broken. The card shipped with the hangers says customer service is important us but there is no email to contact them.. I don't really want to send them all back . Maybe I am unlucky and just got a bad batch. I don't really like to complain.

Terrible hangers. I purchased 2 boxes of 50. A few came broken already with the hooks off and I couldn't even put them back into the hangers. Also, they break so easily. I am probably down to 60 of the 100 that I purchased. Had to throw about 40 of them in the garbage. Very disappointed, as my sister purchased these same hangers in black a couple months prior to me and the quality is better; however, she paid more for hers. I assumed these were the same quality, just cheaper because of the difference in colour.

I like these hangers mostly because they have a steeper shoulder angle and are bit narrower/smaller across the shoulder width than most.I like to hang my sweaters and some of my other hangers leave the shoulders looking all stretched and puckered. Problem solved with these.I got them for such a great price too (ended up getting 3 boxes for the price of one) so I really don't expect them to last forever nor hold anything too heavy. I'm happy!
