The replacements are easy to setup. I just am still not sure why I needed one when my original unit is only a few months old, so I'm skeptical.

Does Not Work Well
I am, not sure if these are original brand parts, as there is no information on the package, The cord is much shinier and does not fold away nicely like the original. But the worst part is now the water flow is severely diminished so I am going to have to buy a new water pik. So not only am I out the cost of the replacement handle, I now have anther one I cant use either and also have to buy an entire new water pik. My old one worked fine, I just thought having a clean, new water tube would be nice, but that backfired :(

Does not deliver the same pressure/flow
This flosser does not deliver the same pressure spray as the original. I used setting 8 on the original, with this version setting 10 still did not deliver adaquate pressure. I removed it an looked inside the end the connects to the device and it is not engineered the same as the original. I suppose you get what you pay for. This one is going in the trash as I continue to use the old one until a new authenticate one arrives.

Reduces pressure
I order this replacement hose and had it installed in my water WP-100 water pik. The result is nearly 50% loss in the water flow and spray pressure. (I can check it if I do the same operation I did with the old hose and it uses almos twice the amount of water and I feel the difference in pressure). Additionally, the hose itself is very soft and breaks very easy.

Very flimsy, poorly designed. not as good as the original
I haave a wp150 and my cats chewed up the hose; thus this replacement. It is not as well made as designed as the original. The original as a slide switch that was convenient. This one has a button that cuts off the water flow when pressed. But it does not lock in place. This makes it not easy to use as one has to keep preset it with one hand and switch on and off the machine. Also, after the machine is turned off, when the button on the handle is released, water leaks from it. Another stupidly designed in the US and poorly made in china product.
