EDITING: the seller contacted me and shipped a new part, I have only had it for 2 days but so far so good. I am able to use my press again! I will try to update in a few weeks and let you know if it’s still working! And hopefully I can up my stars 🤞🏼I gave this three stars because I did like it in the beginning. I have had this press for just about 5 months, worked great until the last week. It keeps shutting off and it doesn’t matter what the temperature is. I had just turned it on and it hit 120 degrees and shut off. I switched where I had it plugged in to see if that helped, nope…it heated up to 189 and shut off. So now I have a press that may not heat up and stay in anymore 😏. I don’t think I would recommend this based on my experience.

I just bought this back in May. It is now 4 months later and I'm having the same issue as I was having with my previous heat press. Shuts off. There are times it stays on longer than other. But most of the time I get to use it for one Tshirt then have to wait a while. Turn it on and do another shirt.

I had multiple problems with this press, requiring part replacements and ultimately a full return/refund. However, I have to give 5 stars simply for the customer service. Every step of the way, the company covered the needs and did so with no hesitation. As business owners, sometimes our products just miss a mark for a customer's needs or have issues in production but it's how we handle the problems that make us a good business or not. In the end, I will be going with another brand due to how often I use and rely on my press for my business. For a hobbyist or newly starting business, this would be a good affordable press.

I’ve had this press for less than a year and it keeps cutting off. I have to wait a few minutes before the reset botton works to turn it back on. By the time it does that, its has cooled off and has to heat back up. Then I be praying and hoping it doesnt cut off again! This is killing my progress. I brought this press to replace a press that finally tapped out on me after years of wonderful usage. To spend my money and pretty much be back in the same situation less than a year later is extremely frustrating.

Besides not having super accurate temp control, after having it for about 8 months it doesn’t work. It will get to 300 degrees and then start clicking off and reseting. For the price I guess I’m happy I get use out of it but I paid when it was more expensive around 200$ and now it’s cheaper.Updated Review: after my original review, I was contacted by their customer service and was offered solutions for my problem. I am fully satisfied with how it was resolved and again I was upset about the malfunction but am very appreciative of their help and support.

Love the pullout bottom. Great price and great quality. So much easier than my cricut small press. So glad I changed!

The timer seems not to be calibrated properly as 15 seconds on the press is 11 seconds, wish the beeper was a little louder but other than that it’s great .

I love this press however now i am having problems with it! I have had this press since February and it has worked until now. Which i see the comments and know why!
