It's a good quality and value for money exercise bike. Materials and build quality are excellent. Seat is little uncomfortable but that problem is easy to solve using third-party seat. There was some creaking noise initially but it's gone after levelling so it was probably due to that. It's easy to assemble by self, a bit more effort for single person but very easy for two persons. All required tools are provided in the package.

Must buy product. I got the on the time delivery and same day installation as well as a very good dietician Dr Jyoti, who called me for my routine and accordingly prepared my diet chart. Now looking forward to my doctor consultation and one free trainee session. But must appreciate for the genuinity of the team. Their live session isalso commendable for the begginers. I am fully satisfied as if now. I just had a session with Trainer, which was also satisfactory.

Product does the work, but there are few issues. This is not a magnetic resistance rather it has brakes(you can clearly see the red knob to adjust) also the knob isn't perfect it makes noise when the knob is neither tight nor loose. This is most of the time irritating because the perfect resistance to cycle makes lot of noise. Other than this the product is pretty good! Easy to assemble, and easy to use The seat could be more comfortable, you may not feel pain in the leg but the seat makes you really uncomfortable to sit and peddle. The handle is non adjustable which is very disappointing. Monitor displays the readings but there is no manual on how to work with the monitor. App displays the data better The app needs allot of work there is many flaws in it,like data sync with Google fit, need to pair device every time you use the app, data collected disappers if u switch to different device (meaning of u choose Google fit data collected from spin cycle gets deleted) hope the developer team fixes it. Product is compact and fits perfectly in room, easy to fix and move around the house.

We received the product on schedule time. The packing was in good condition. Good service from Fitkit.The technician was sent next day for installation of the product when a request was made. After a week of use, the product performance is good. Seat is relatively uncomfortable and the Digital display features could have been improved by giving choice to users to select/monitor. We also received a call from the assigned dietician Priyanka from onefitplus.live who asked for my diet and health issues and gave me a diet chart according.Which is easy to follow as well. In whole it was a pleasant experience.

Packaging was great, build quality paint finish is smooth, spin bike is heavy around 45 kilo. I'm around 88/90kg. I'm playing with it like a baby. Resistance is good no noise from fly wheel. Great cardio machine to have. The app & customer support is great. Fitkit team is doing a good job.
