Why is it showing £0.20 / count when the price for 1 is £2.45?

that might be £0.20p a gramme?

What is the expiration date of this product once opened? There appears to be no clear information on the item or packaging.

I have been using this product (also known by its previous name labello) for over 30 years and I’ve never had an issue with it open or unopened, regardless of the length of time. I think in this modern era there’s too much of an obsession with expiry dates. This product has never deteriorated for me. One exception is if it gets too warm, it melts.

Mine was box of 12 I seem to recall...

Is the original formula or the new version(Nov 2018)?

I ordered mine a few months ago so presumably they are the original formula. Hope this helps.
