Michelin Spain: Northwest, Asturias, Cantabria Map 572 (Maps/Regional (Michelin))

It was not what I needed at this time but informative nonetheless. I found that having the names of some of the smaller towns in this area made it important when trying to rent a home in the area, I could pinpoint where the area was.

Travel

It's a Michelin road map. I bought it because it's what we as a family have always bought and you know what you're getting. I was hoping the coverage would extend a little further south than just the coastal strip but it didn't. This meant that this and the other two maps for Northern Spain that I bought didn't quite cover the whole of our intended itinerary. Fortunately with Google maps and wifi in the hotel it wasn't too much of a problem.I suppose ultimately, having Ordnance Survey and maps derived from it in the UK, I always find myself disappointed by Michelin's offerings.An Atlas would have been a better, more cost-effective, choice in hindsight, but at least we didn't mind writing on these.
