These are beautiful stools as picture shows. The legs on these are a grayish color with a touch of brown to make them look old. My son in law did not have any problem putting them together but did not follow directions. Hint: attach the legs to the stool seat first, then the stretchers and use a drill to drive in screw on the stretchers and tork down with screwdriver. They are very comfortable. They fit nicely under my bar which is 7ft if that helps anyone, although I may have only put 3 if they came in singles. Hence the 4 stars. They do have an odor as I read in other reviews from other vendors. I'm sure they will air out as stated. The legs have a little plastic tip to keep them from scratching. I think I will put a felt pad over that to keep them from slipping. All in all, I am very satisfied. They are beautiful and comfortable. I think the 14" square footprint helped me to be able to put more stools. I love them and my daughter is considering some like them for her new house.

Very easy to assemble and I love the wood grain. The tops are upholstered well I think they are great but the top seating area is a bit small for larger people.

Like them best because they were unique. There are slight differences between the two I received. Wish I could get 1 more.

The bar stools were as advertised although the assembly was irritating. the predrills were not lined up correctly and the screws would not take hole in the soft wood. Had to use my own longer screws.

I like the stools just fine. They did not come with any instructions on how to assemble.

They look nice and feel sturdy. Assembly was slightly annoying as the pre-drilled holes did not line up.

I love these bar stools they look high end for the price and they are very sturdy.

Great looking, sturdy and comfortable! Sit beneath the bar without crowding the walking area. Love them!
