The Travi sent to me works great, however, it arrived in its soft protective carrying case with scratches up and down the top of the unit. Pretty disappointing. Because it was so inexpensive and I won't be using it daily I didn't complain or ask for it to be replaced. It did not appear to be "used" either. Another reason I decided to just keep it. Overall... I like it and need it. (smile).

Turned it on and it was beeping and then started turning itself on/off. You have to bend battery connections to make it work. Gold finish came with lots of scratches on it - thanks a lot for being 'new'. I like how they say that they "Guarantee my satisfaction 100%" but the product comes half working out of the box. If I was not technically inclined and did not realize that it was a connection problem it would have been going back the same day. It is accurate and does come with bag though

Arrived on time. Worked GREAT! Small and easy to store into luggage.I'm always afraid my luggage will be overweight. With this I was easily able to adjust my bags before leaving for the airport! Great peace of mind knowing I won't have an overweight fee or try to switch items at the last minute!

Not so accurate. For heavier weights i.e. greater than 40 lbs the reading is not steady and you have to guess. Paid extra for the accuracy as there are cheaper options available but I guess the cheaper options available would have been equally good.

Great product! Kept it in my carry on to make sure that my checked bags did not go over the weight limit! Super strong for being so small!

Poor materials. Battery doesn't reliably connect to cradle, causing device to lose power intermittently when lightly nudged one direction or the other
