I have read several reviews, yes, it is a flimsy piece of plastic. The cost/profit margin must be huge. The idea is great but cheaply made. If the plastic was stronger, with hinged arms, face shield in children's size and adult size, perhaps make the face shield a little longer to cover the chin and a bit wider. The plastic collects the moisture droplets from your breath, it accumulates and drips. I modified mine by taking a regular mask and altering it to collect the droplets. Masks that wrap around the ear make me claustrophobic, therefore this product for what I do for a living, is a huge plus (dripping at a board meeting, not). If the company has the design wisdom and is willing to take the risk, create a better quality high-end version, make the price reasonable and I bet it will be a success. As an FYI, everywhere I go, food shopping, malls, Dr's offices, hospitals, pizza parlors, Duncan Donuts strangers stop me and ask where I got the mask! Hopefully, this companies QA/Design dept. will smell the coffee.

If you hate feeling muffled by other tight masks, this is a great alternative. In no way does this offer good protection from infected droplets but it is great as just meeting the minimum requirements for wearing a mask. It is somewhat pliable, I wished it covered my chin more and the part the rests on your nose bridge is scratchy and irritating. However, for me, it is far more comfortable than wearing moist mask working as a petri dish on your face.

I am not sure people who posted bad reviews are complaining about!!It’s a plastic mask that was designed that way!I think for $17 it’s just right. Great for people who wear glasses.I like it

It does not fix on my face

It's so small that it doesn't cover my nose and my mouth at the same time. I guess I can give it to my neighbors 5 year old.

I misunderstood the amount of protection that it would provide.* Splash guard resistance,However I was hoping to have protection from the Coronavirus.
