It is in very good condition, no visible wear
I didn't realize when I ordered the phone it was being shipped from Hong Kong. I assumed it was coming from the East Coast. Description said it was a new phone, in original sealed box with 1 year warranty. I couldn't tell if the phone was brand new. It still had the thin film of plastic over the camera lens but that doesn't say much. The box it arrived in was not sealed and the start-up instructions and box it came in was for a Galaxy S6 plus. That aside, all other accessories in the box were new and original from Samsung, not replacements. The phone was charged and ready to go out of the box. I had to do all of the normal start-up and settings configurations. It is in very good condition, no visible wear. It was shipped via DHL and was expertly packed by the sender in Hong Kong. I really like the phone and had no problems taking to my carrier and getting a new SIM card. Works well, although I am on the ATT network and from what I understand the S6 Active was made exclusively for ATT. Although, the unlocked version will work on other networks. Outside of my shock about where it was shipped from, and the unsealed box for another Galaxy model, I am very please overall. Time will tell but it all seems to be operating beautifully.

It worked great
I got this as a gift for my father and it worked great until he put it and his keys in the same pocket and when he sat down the keys jammed into the back camera. But that's no fault of the seller or manufacturer, maybe if he'd put a camera protector on it wouldn't have happened, but it's a good rule of thumb to keep pointy things and devices in separate pockets.

Product will fail if exposed to water!
This Galaxy S6 Active failed according to product specifications as published when exposed to water. Samsung claims the S6 Active (among other cellphone models they provide) can be submerged under water up to 1.5 meters (about 5 feet) deep for up to 30 minutes. While on vacation, my S6 Active failed when it was submerged under less than 4 inches (or about 10 centimeters) of pool water for less than 3 seconds. The screen went black and upon closer examination revealed water condensation was present on the inside of the camera lens. Even after drying out the device (which required several days with the SIM docking slot removed for maximum airflow), it would neither charge nor power up. Upon contacting Samsung technical support, the technician suggested that pool water may have been the problem and added that I should not believe Samsung's advertising regarding the performance of their products. The tech proceeded to state that with water damage, the device was irreparable/unrecoverable.While I was previously pleased with the device's functionalities, the very reason for choosing this model was precisely because I had planned to use it to take videos and photos while in the pool on my family vacation. All my data and prior photos and recordings were lost. Worst of all, I was cheated and lied to because Samsung sold this device as "rugged" and "water resistant" with tolerances well beyond what mine was exposed to.

Great phone but no SD card slot!
Bought the S6 Active as a replacement for my aging Galaxy Note 2 which was getting slower and slower in its old age. I chose the S6 Active because the price was reasonable and the waterproofing will be useful for standup paddleboarding without having to put my phone in a dicapac. So far this phone has been great, and never gets bogged down no matter what I'm doing. Simpsons Tapped Out flies with zero delay anywhere, as do all of the other programs I've run on it. The one downside I see is no SD card slot, which limits the storage to the 32gb internal storage. Stupid of Samsung to leave out an SD card slot, but if that's the only negative point I can live with it. The phone was simple to set up with Straight Talk, and transferring my contacts and other Google account details was as simple as touching the two phones together.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, but come on Samsung, wheres the SD card slot?!

THE EARPIECE DOES NOT WORK
I bought the phone since November 7, 2017 but i have not used it until May 9, 2018. I have noticed the accompanied earpiece does not function well as i can hear but i can't be heard. I used other earpieces that work on other phones but still the same. I bought two of the phones, the other for a friend, so i contacted him and he relayed back his has the same issue, then i concluded it is a factory defect that i may have to live with considering i have not found out the defect early enough and i am not in US now.So generally, i am not so much satisfied with the fone coz i really use earpiece alot and i can't use one on this fone.

As far as I can tell, I got a new phone, functions perfectly and I love it! Will update if something changes!
To start off, I bought this from BREED. I got it an original box with a seal sticker, in a plastic bag with the "texting and driving can wait" screen protector on it with an original charging cable and wall wart, so I would assume that I got a new phone as the post says I should, I was a bit uneasy buying it with so many people complaining about fake phones, not sure how one fakes a phone but apparently according to reviews that can happen. After getting it setup and running I filled up a sink and as per the apparent standard thing to do threw the phone into it and let it sit for 10 minutes. Speaker sounded funny for a couple seconds while the water was draining out but other than that it worked as its IP68 rating says it should. I was also worried about that after reading some other peoples reviews, as far as I can tell the people complaining about their phone breaking either threw it at a wall, power washed it, hit it with a hammer, or some combination of the three not realizing what the phone was actually designed to handle...Yes it will survive falls and water but I would not go overkill with it as I prefer to protect my expensive belongings. Will update this review if anything changes, but right now I can say the one from BREED is a 5/5.
