They do have a hair trigger so you may find yourself a heffin and a jeffin when they snap shut as you’re setting them.That said we had a couple of occasions when the bait was taken without then going off, so it’s probably better to have them on the sensitive side.Once the trap and the bait and the mouse all come together then it’s all over for one of them. There’s then a mouse family somewhere waiting for one of their own to return home, little knowing that he or she has just copped a loaded metal bar powered by a spring right through the spinal column.We got three of the blighters. We just placed this yesterday behind both our sofas and today morning we caught 2 mice. So we are really happy with this product and would definitely recommend this

Caught two mice on first couple of nights. Very effective and sensitive. It sometimes makes it hard to set down but at least it does response when the mice come alone.

I had tried humane traps for several weeks with no joy only catching rodent on camera avoiding traps, so I decided it was time to go back to basic traps.I looking at a few reviews I decided to try these as they seemed good value for money.After baiting with peanut butter as per instructions mouse was caught and disposed of within 90 minutes of setting trap.
