Frostfire Solar Wall Light ( Set of 2 )

I can't understand the negative review on these. I have had them up for over a week and they work as advertised, no lack of light from them here. They were easy to install and they are very attractive.

Gotta say these are really nice quality. The style is very nice and they are pretty solid quality from what I see. They look great mounted as wellBrightness: They are not super high powered/bright but they give a very nice subtle light for roughly 3-4 around themselves. Personally I used them for lights on each side of an 9' wide garage door and they are good for that. They would also be suitable for along the fence or patio lighting.Materials: They quality is there from what I see. The metal is not very easily twisted or bent and it doesn't feel like it will fall apart in your hands. For the price of two I am very impressed with the materials here.Overall: I will probably be buying more. I like them. They do what I need them to do and they areInstall tip: I would recommend a drill/impact that is easy for you to hold and get a long driver extension. The width of the holes on the base is narrower than the unit itself. Thus without the extension you would end up very cocked to the side trying to get the screws in. Easy simple standard solution.Why not 5 stars? Because honestly the pictures do not show the black lettering and logo. It doesn't adversely affect performance but you can't easily remove it either. It isn't a deal breaker but I really don't need it there.

The company name is written across the front of the lights real big. Doesn't appear in images or product description.

I wish this product will come back. They are an excellent light. They always work and they are very attractive!!!

Looks great but very unpredictable when it comes to what day they will be all on.I have 5 in a row and some days only 3 work, it's like a box of chocolates.....

The stainless is kinda nice, and they technically function, which is the only reason this is not just 1 star. Aside from that:1) FROSTFIRE is written in non-removable letters right across the front of these lights. That's not in the images so that's extremely misleading. It's super annoying and means I can't put them anywhere visible. wtf?2) The lights only illuminate enough to barely light up the white plastic. They don't throw any light. So they may be barely OK as an accent piece but no more than that.3) The white plastic seems cheap, like it will crack in a heavy wind. Definitely not made for long term use which is too bad because you have to mount these with screws into something sort of permanently.

Satisified with what arrived. The setup is easy and just a pull tab, it becomes active. The screws weren't easy to get to with the powerdrill I have. The solar lamps do last through the night on the batteries that come with it. The light given is sufficient although not bright enough to reach the streets.

These lights are awesome! They look like high end wired lights! Simple to install and bright!
