This scale is very attractive addition to my kitchen. Besides being accurate,, it’s compact, cute, practical, just the right size, meaning it doesn’t take up a lot of room. I sell eggs, and wanted to be fair in my sales, by not cheating myself or my customers. However, as nice as this scale is, it’s much too pricey. I have to recommend it, because it does Exactly what made to do, and very well. If you don’t mind paying a little more than I think it’s worth, buy it.

This item quickly estimates the weight and is cute on the counter. Some of the writing was worn off when I received it but it still looks and functions well.

Esta pesa o balanza para clasificar los huevos facilita mucho el proceso que antes era muy complicado ya que los huevos rodaban por mi bascula digital y no se quedaban quietos, con gran peligro de caer al suelo y romperse.Ahora gracias a este producto rápidamente los clasifico en la bandeja correspondiente, y a aunque las clasificaciones son americanas, con una cinta de enmascarar le escribí encima las Colombianas, por lo que recomiendo totalmente esta balanza.Ciertamente estoy pensando en comprar otras porque con varias a la vez se ahorraría el tiempo que tardan en equilibrarse antes de estabilizarse y dar la medida, pero esto no tiene por qué afectar a alguien con una producción moderada. Espero que los fabricantes lean esta reseña y se inventen una balanza que pese media docena a la vez.

We have a small farm and sell a lot of eggs. It's harder than people realize to guesstimate egg sizes by looking at them. One can look huge, but be lighter than another, that looks slightly smaller.This scale makes the process so easy. We can sort the eggs quickly and know that we're giving our customers what they paid for.We have a farmhand who helps us part time and she liked it so much, I bought one for her farm, too. She was thrilled with the gift.

This scale is made sturdy metal and painted with a high gloss paint. Maybe powdered? It seems durable. It makes grading so easy and it's done the proper way, by weight. I used to just size them up and it took forever because of my hummin' and hawing over my guesstimated eyeballing. I keep it on my countertop as a conversation piece when I'm not using it. It lost a "star" because of the high price. A more reasonable price would be around $30, possibly $40. I only paid the astoundingly high cost because I was shopping after a few bubblies. Lesson learned! LOL
