Very disappointed! This was my husband's birthday gift and even when his cell was on him the YesLDisappointed! My husband even had his cell on him and the earpiece stated "signal was disconnected." We have several wireless items in the house and this was the only one that had problems. We are sending it back.

This product came with no instructions and has worked only once in the 2 months I've had it. That one time, it worked well, but I have not been able to pair it again. In addition, the battery life is poor. I have tried many times to get this to work because I do need a hands free device, but I am dismayed to find that the return window is only 30 days. Strongly recommend against anyone purchasing this device. Buy Plantronics if you want something that actually works.

This is the best blue tooth that works just right. It last all day long without fail. Great product

After receiving this product, yes it did work while I had it but now that I have no use for it...for a short time less than 3 months, it will not stay charged or charge at all...its been on the charger for 2 days now and still not working...I will no longer purchase an item as this from amazon. Buyers beware...

Bought 2 and both had to be return because they didn't work properly if at all. Will not buy again very poor quality!!!
