I bought this because I was using Pamprin or Midol for cramps, bloating...everything it is to be used for but I noticed that those products have caffeine in them so I had to take only 1 because when I took 2, I would get heart palpitations because I can't have too much caffeine due to a heart condition. This Menstridol usually does everything for me that Midol and Pamprin did with the effects of the caffeine. The only negative thing about is sometimes even when I take 2 at a time, I still have crampsand I have to wait a few hours before I can take another dose. This usually doesn't happen unless I wait too long to take them. I have had times that it didn't work all the way even when taken at first sign of pain. These are the only type of pills that quiets my daughter's intense pain. Thank for providing them thru these means as they are not easily obtainable locally.
