First, I have gotten MANY, MANY coloring books. I always get flower ones.What I LIKED about this one:DOESN'T have tons of little abstract squares to color in. I just want a flower, not a 100 squares or triangles per petal.Not OVERLY detailed (which presents a con I will add later)DECENT paper qualityPRICECONS:Some of the flowers are better done than others.Many a mildly talented grade schooler could do.Not much diversity or very interesting.BOTTOMLINE: It's OK if you want to add a coloring book you haven't used before (that's how I chose this, I go through quite a few, prefer black backgrounds (this has SOME with a black background), but nothing special.For a couple more bucks, I recommend this one if you like black backgrounds and some interesting twists (love how some flower outlines are in the black background, really pops with gel glitter pens)

Highly Recommended! No scratch that. What would be a step higher then highly? I’m totally not sure what that step would be, but that would be the step I’d put this at. After following Siya’s work over then years for her comic book covers, this shows that same level of talent, only this time, letting me participate with my crayons. Okay, I use color pencils, mostly, though I tend to grab whatever is inside Chunk (the name of my bag that has my color pencils.) Sometimes Chunk surprises me with a color that I didn’t know I had and in the case of Siya’s beautiful lines I’m sometime coloring normal and sometimes coloring as high as a kit, but not highly as a kite as that makes no sense. It is highly likely that anyone that gets this will highly enjoy it no matter how close to the ground they are.

This is a very pleasing coloring book! I have already given 1 as a gift as well as keeping another for myself. The paper is good, but never take a chance. Always use paper to back your coloring so there is no bleed through or lines pressed into the drawing on the next page. Best yet, take the pages out and make copies, so you can do the flowers more than once.Some of the images are easy, others will be more challenging. All of them look very satisfying to try. It's a beautiful coloring book :-)

Siya is an incredible artist and here, paired with the talented John T, gives us a gorgeous coloring book suitable for all ages and all levels. It's a great way to channel creative energy or just plain relax. The images are on one side of the page, which is smart as you can color a piece and pull it out without having to lose the art on the back. The value is incredible for the large number of images and they are all enclosed in a nice, high quality book at just the right size for coloring.

Very cute delicate designs. Some I have in another book so, its fun to change it up.

The images are beautiful and simple. The paper is thin but still worked with my markers without bleeding. The pages are not perforated and difficult to tear out while trying to keep the torn side even and straight.

The pictures are very beautiful to color. Some are more difficult then others but it's definitely a fun colorful stress reliever and relaxation coloring book.
