Interesting in parts worth buying cos sales go towards research

If you're new to IBD or would like to learn how life really is with it, then this is the book to read. The personal stories are fantastic and the poems amazing. But Matthews brutally honest story will have you feel exactly as he felt going through the motions of this awful disease. He leaves nothing out and will give you a roller coaster of emotions.I'm certainly looking forward to seeing more of Matthews work.

A great read with the authors story interspersed with other sufferers blogs.Some spelling mistakes are evident in one of the blogs to maintain authenticity as that was how it was written however the main body of the book is well written, and gives a good insight into the struggle some individuals face.

Bought this earlier and finished it now, absolutely amazing. I'm gonna recommend all my friends/family read it, a true insight into the horrendous disease that we live with but also the strength of the GYBO community. Loved it! Felt so personal too. So glad I got this! X

Case of mistaken identity as no one wants to read about someone guts

This book is brilliant not only is it very informative but it is funny in places too. Thank you so much Matt Williamson for putting it all together and to all of you who added your own stories, poems and advice. Absolutely Brilliant xx

It was a brilliant and insightful read into the lives of those suffering with the horrible condition known aa ibd. Its a great read and a must buy for anyone to learn more about crohns disease and ulceractive colitis.
