Runs small but worked perfect
The smallest size was a 2T and luckily after reading reviews decided to get it for my Son for Halloween. My son was just shy of 14months old at Halloween but 32inches tall. It’s not a true 2T size but worked out perfect for us being that it ran a little small.

Ordered a 4T for my 2.5year old and fit him perfectly. He’s about 3feet tall. Glad I ordered bigger instead of smaller.
