I wanted real English texture and taste. Didn't get it but very passable. So easy to make, it does make itself. Also the taste Is good. Comes out perfect every time. I've bought other scone mixtures on line. Not as good as this.I'm one person and the batch makes 9 scones. I'd make the mix, make 2 scones and refrigerate the rest because it's twice as good hot.

Make sure you don’t overbake them and they will be absolutely delicious
