I find these great for RLS

They help with cramps but you also need to take in salt

So far, so good! It’s only been a week, but my husband is having some much needed night sleep. Occasionally, he has some slight cramp pains but these disappear much more quickly than before. Delivery was fast and efficient too.

Bought these as I suffer from cramps alot, they arrived in time and sealed, only problem was I could not swallow the tablet, as they so {big}, so I have had to break them up { take them apart as they are a capsule } and put the contents into something that's edible, it took a week or so but happily good to say cramps have eased up a bit, these would be great if they made them a bit smaller and easy to swallow

Not to be taken with heart medication .should have had the warning before selling.

I had massive leg cramps at night for a long while which were disrupting my sleep as they were so painful. I read the reviews for these and was sceptical but getting desperate, but one review said "worked from the first capsule", so I ordered them. I've been using them for a week now. Apart from a minor cramp on the second night, which I quickly shook off by changing my position, I've not had cramps since. So far ,so good. They seem to be working. May it last.

Unfortunately I still get the cramps

If you suffer with extremely painful leg cramps, then take just one of these capsules per day. I was up all night with absolutely the worst cramps, then I found this product on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try, (after using another product ,which was more expensive) . I do not have leg cramps anymore and I can sleep much better, too.
