I wish I could get over my shyness and show photos. Until then hopefully people will believe me. You can still see pot marks but they are improved significantly and you can see how moist my face is. This is eye make up and nothing else. No foundation. I also do needling every 4 weeks and using this tool every other day has made a huge difference to the texture of my face. I have pot marks from cystic acne as a teen ager and I am 59 and have been doing all this about 3 months. My face is smoother and pot marks are not as noticeable. It seems to change each week. I am looking better and better. I don't expect miracles, but to have glowing skin with no red patches and not having to wear foundation is a game changer for me. As time goes by, I get more and more excited to do my every other night routine because of the reward of looking in the mirror and no longer seeing an old hag, but a woman with beautiful moisturized skin is so worth 15 min a night. Not only my face, but my neck is slowly loosing it's turkey goblers of extra skin. I slather on a good gel afterwards and let it soak all night. This is one of the best investments ever. One thing that makes a huge difference that I did not believe before is, use a single piece of gauze around the head. It will glide much better and make the wand even work better as it somehow helps with the oxygen. It makes it easy to glide and do a series of circles to make sure all skin is covered. Next time you use it, turn out the lights. The tube's glow from the gas and if you put your finger to the end of the tube you can see the electricity. It's pretty cool. Worth every penny. I will use this forever. Update 4/4/25 I was and have always been very careful with everything so I didn't get the warranty. When I was taking out my mushroom wand the silver tip came off and stayed inside my device and would not come out so I was unable to use any wands and it became completely useless. I wrote the seller and explained and took photos and they replaced the wand and the main device within 2 weeks. I use mine every other night and am honest when I say, I missed it so much. I might get other devices as well but will never put this one on the back shelf. As I am learning more about red light and microcurrent I will most likely add another device for the times I don't use nuderma but nothing will ever replace it. I will continue to use it every other night forever.

So I spent a few weeks looking at high frequency, facial wands and reading hundreds of reviews and then I finally decided on buying this one. The biggest thing was I didn’t know whether to buy neon or argon so that’s what made me finally choose this one because it’s a blue high-frequency wand that’s neon and argon in one which I think is a really great deal that way I didn’t have to choose between the two. Upon arrival It arrived, packaged well and unbroken, I was a little scared at first, but I just cleaned it off with alcohol wipes, and then plugged it in and ZAP.! This wand is amazing It’s not some magic fix, but it will get rid of your acne and make your skin look glowy. Some attachments are stronger than others for acne I prefer the long skinny spot treatment and the long cylinder looking attachment. They seem to hit the hardest when it comes to acne, I use the mushroom wand to just go over my face for a couple minutes that doesn’t really hurt at all. I think it’s probably one of the most gentle attachments other than the brush attachment. The only complaint I really have is that when you go to use the brush attachment it doesn’t hold in place and it kind of like spins as you’re using it which gets really annoying. So if I had to say one thing that I wish they would fix or upgrade I would say that they need to find a way to make sure the attachments stay in place better so that when you go to use the brush attachment, it doesn’t constantly spin and stays in place so it’s easier to use.

Works well and does what it is supposed to. The only thing I don’t like is the buzz sound and you have to be careful to place your finger on the glass tube before placing on your skin or you get a little zap/ tingle sensation. All of the tubes are glass and need to be handled carefully and placed in cushioned protection when not using.

I bought this cute little anti-aging device for myself for my birthday. I'm pushing 50 soon and the the fine lines are starting to bother me. I was super excited to get this and waited all day for UPS to deliver. I got it home and unboxed it (it was boxed very nicely I may add!) Everything was in the box and intact. I read just about all of the reviews before I bought it and the manual once it arrived so I knew what I was getting myself into. I also bought some gel so the bugger glided nicely against my skin so I would get the full effect and make sure it was working correctly. Got it out, inserted the mushroom head and turned it on to one. Now, it's not a clicky thing to turn it up and down, it's more of a dial that glides. You don't see the neon & argon in the tubes but you can hear it so you know it's on and working. I made sure to put my finger on the glass to ensure that it was grounded before touching my face and slowly put it on my face and lifted my finger off and it glided like a charm (thanks to the gel). Decided to turn it up to 2, finger on the glass to ground etc. Wonderful! I even accidentally lifted it from my face and put it back on my skin without grounding and it was just fine. Well, I'm not exactly sure what happened after that. I'm not sure if my finger accidentally turned the dial up or if I decided to be brave and do it. I'm also not sure if I grounded the glass with my finger or just went all in and touched my face. Or maybe I touched it with my finger. I don't know, it's all kind of a blur. Whether it touched my finger or my face, I was not expecting the shock. That baby flung so fast out of my hands, crashed down into my sink and shattered the mushroom head into a bunch of pieces. I think I kind of stood there for a second trying to figure out what happened (it's been a week and I still don't know). I did read the reviews where people said it's sort of like touching an electric fence- and that's exactly it. It didn't hurt, was just more of a surprise. Kind of like when you find a weird bug or spider on you and your initial reaction is to fling it as far as it can go away from you. Thankfully my face is small and I can use another head for it to get the job done. Words of advice- start on 1 or 2 and use it that way for a week or so. I still haven't gotten brave enough to turn it past 2 but you can bet your keester that when I do- I'm going to have a nice soft towel in and around the sink in case my body freaks out again and that baby goes flying. If you accidentally turn it up and freak out and break a part- you can go to their website and order a new one, thankfully. (I have yet to do that.) In a nutshell, read the reviews and read the manual. Be brave! I do think this device can produce results over time. I just have to muster up enough courage to turn the settings up. Good luck!

I purchased this wand on Amazon Prime day when it was 99 dollars. It is now 169 dollars at the time of this writing. The wand seems to be defective, and the return system doesn't offer replacement as an option, so I contacted Amazon customer service. They told me that they also don't have the option to issue an exchange either and advised me to contact the seller, so I did, and sent the following: "Hello, the wand that I received seems to be defective. The electrodes seem to work, but the machine itself will drop to a low hum and start sputtering after a few seconds when used on the high setting. After following the advice of the amazon representative, I tried another outlet. That time, it didn't do the low hum, but it would periodically cut out entirely instead. I also checked the cord, as the representative advised, and the wand seems perfectly fine, and the machine does not appear damaged from the outside. There should be no problem with either outlet, I use other appliances with no problem. The representative told me that I should write to you to request a replacement wand, since the 'replace with exact item' option is missing from the return options. Thank you for your time and consideration." The seller, who appears to be the maker of the product, not just a reseller, acted as if my description of the issue (as directly quoted above) was incomprehensible, and asked me to: "Please make a selection from the options below so I can better understand what is not working. 1. The handle has no power - You can check this by turning on the device without a tube inserted. If it has the power you will hear buzzing. 2. The handle has power / Issue with tubes (Please tell me which one(s) are not working)." What? I told them what was wrong very clearly. This is like walking up to a customer service person in a store, explaining your issue, and having them ask you to press 1 or 2 on the console in front of you instead of interacting like a human being. Whatever. I figured maybe all that I wrote and Amazon's messaging system resisting all attempts at formatting could have caused some information overload, so I simply responded with: "Neither of these selections are accurate. The handle has power, but it malfunctions while in use. It drops to a low hum and sputters, or it cuts out." They respond with: "After reviewing your order, we confirm that it is still within Amazon's 30-day return window. To initiate the return process, please visit your Orders page and request a return. Detailed instructions for completing a free return or exchange will be provided." An exchange is literally not an option. I explain: "When I used the return system to try to get a replacement, it only gave the option of a return, there was no option for a replacement. I bought this during the amazon prime day sale. I would lose my sale price to return it and buy it a second time. I should have to do that for a defective wand." They reply with: "I understand but please contact Amazon customer service so they can provide you options." Clearly, this company does not stand behind their product and does not care about their customers. Getting a defective product replaced should not result in losing the sale price on the item and almost doubling the price of the item in the process. I reached out to Amazon customer service again, and the representative offered to issue a price adjustment after I return and re-purchase the wand. So, Amazon is being amazing, as always, while Pure Daily Care is being terrible. Now, I need to decide if I want to take Amazon up on their offer and roll the dice on this machine for a second time or simply return it and try one of the other 4 wands I have found on Amazon with blue neon + argon electrodes that are selling for around 30 dollars. Given the complete lack of confidence I now have in this company and their products, I think I'll try one of the units selling for less than 1/6 of what this company is asking.

I am thrilled and relieved to have found this tool. I have been suffering from a bad case of folliculitis on both of my arms for over 3 months. I have repeatedly seen my dermatologist who has had me use prescription topical and oral antibiotics, wash with salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide soaps and bleach baths. I haven’t seen this listed as a treatment for folliculitis but after using it for a week I have not gotten any new infections and the burning pain and itch is finally subsiding. I asked my dermatologist first if I could use this and he said go for it. I figure it is zapping the bacteria that is causing my hair follicles to get red and bumpy like acne. Now that the infection is almost gone I will be using the wand to help get rid of the hyperpigmentation left behind. I couldn’t be happier to have found it. Added bonus, I use on my face for anti aging.

I love the “shocks” it’s gives you. The noise is somewhat soothing even if it’s loud. I would’ve loved if it was portable. Also the stickers to it can leave residual. I love the different types of wand, but my fave is for my hair. So far I haven’t seen much of a difference as it’s been a few weeks. But I will update in comments once i see results, especially with the spot wand as I get acne due to pcos. I’ve tried it with dry and wet skin. Dry isn’t too bad, but definitely get yourself a skin serum. Also it does have a smell when using, but can get use to it. They do have their own on their serum. They do have other things as their store is a must check out.
