Aurora - Flopsie - 12" Venus

This fox plush is beyond adorable! Seems very well made and plenty large enough to make a real statement lying on the bench at the foot of my bed. He's not squishy & lumpy, but a firmer foam was used in his torso, but is still huggable and cuddly. His striking color combo is a bright sort of pumpkin color, with cute black socks, and white chest and tip of his tail. His tail is thick and gorgeous. His fur is soft and denser than most plushes. Whomever designed him did a perfect job of capturing the foxy personality. He's functional too - as an adult side sleeper he doubles as a comfy body pillow. The fact that he's also very decorative is a plus. Cuddly foxes aren't just for kids!

I bought this stuffed wolf for my 14 year old daughter, and she loved it. She’s a big fan of wolves and had seen this one in a store, so I gave it to her as a reward. It’s a very large wolf; it matches the dimensions given and takes up a lot of bed space, so if you already have a crowded bed you may want to keep away from this one. It’s very soft; however the tan legs and underside have a different feel than the grey on the top. It’s very detailed, and the eyes are amber and slightly covered by the eyebrows. It feels like it will hold up for a long time, and it hasn’t shown any signs of falling apart or loose seams. In total this is a good quality stuffed wolf that seems like it will hold up for years to come and looks beautiful too.

I'm a 24 year old that loves having big, cuddly stuffed animals around to sleep with. I'd bought one of the large panda plushes from Aurora ~4 years ago, and, although adorable, the material was a little bit scratchy. I had it with me for my last two years of college, but it didn't survive my cross-country move. When looking for a replacement, I saw this gorgeous dog as an option. And, I have to say, I love it so much more than the panda!When I pulled it out of the box (which was hysterically sized >4' long), I couldn't stop petting it. No joke. The material is so soft. And, true to its name, it's definitely flopsie. The panda I'd ordered in the past was pretty stiff, but this dog? It's got just the right amount of stuffing to make it a good cuddle-to-sleep animal. I use it every night as a pillow, my head on its head and my arms wrapped around its body. I've used it almost every night since getting it, and I can't imagine sleeping without one now. Love so much. It's a little funky after all the use, so I just ordered a replacement one.Highly recommend. It may be a little too big for young kids, but I'd say 5-6 years old and up would be great with it. Can't wait for my second one!

This was a gift to a family member who loves harp seals, and it turned out to be a real hit! The face looks exactly as pictured, not "angry". If it ever looks angry to you, brushing the fur up from the eyes can improve its mood. Mostly it has a neutral expression, though. I thought the seal would be like a very long stretched out oval shape, but it's more of a raindrop shape. There's a huge difference in circumference from one end to another! The head is about 32" in circumference and 10.5 inches high, but the body tapers off sharply toward the tail. The length is a little more than 30" from nose to tail (a bit unusual, considering most plushies tend to be slightly smaller than advertised), so it's a fairly realistic size. Real seal pups are about 3ft long, according to the tag on the flipper. The tag also contains some other interesting facts. On a cold winter night, it feels really good to wrap your arms around this fellow! Maybe not so much in hot weather though. :)

So I know it seems strange, at least to those who don't need something to snuggle up against when they sleep or just when they're having a bad day, but this really helped me. It's not as big as I was originally thinking but that doesn't matter, it still takes up my entire torso (I'm 5'10") and provides a lot of snuggle support. it's eyes are a hard glass like plastic polymer and pretty secure on it. The nose is a hard plastic. So while I would recommend this for small children who have learned not to put everything in their mouths, for those who haven't (even though it's securely fastened) kids always find ways when they want to and therefore don't recommend it for them. As for adults who, like me, need something to snuggle and cuddle from time to time, it's a great item if you like foxes. If only they had a Fennec version. ;)

I bought his as a fun valentines gift and it went over well. It takes the place of a decorative bed pillow for us now.The fox is very large and plushy with nice variation of fur texture between feet, body, tail, and face. The filling is well done and it’s not overly firm or too floppy. The snout is firmer to hold its shape which I like.I don’t buy plush animals often, so the price seemed a little high to me at first. Having looked around, I believe this to be a decent deal for the quality and size.I included a photo on a queen sized bed with a house cat nearby for size reference.
