I've been searching for months for a good ramp, stairs or step that my senior dog would use. The ramps were either too steep, the stairs were too small or too close together or the steps were too high for her to reach. This. Step. Is. Perfect. I rarely write reviews, but every time I watch my girl use the step, I feel a huge sense of relief and gratitude for this product that I had to write one. It's the perfect height for her favorite chair, and it's the exact height needed for her to climb into the foot well of my SUV where she then climbs onto the seat once she's in the car. She uses this step every day in multiple areas of my house to the point where I've bought a second one just so I don't have to carry it with me when we move to a different room. Lol it was easy to assemble and it's light enough to easily carry. It's sturdy and safe. She doesn't slip on the fabric on top. It's easy to wipe clean. When we use it in the car, it stores great behind the front seats in the back seat footwell. I truly love this product, and I'm so thankful you've allowed my girl to move around and climb up on things like she used to.

This makes the third ramp exactly like this that I have bought. They are awesome! Perfect for dogs that are low to the ground, easy on their backs, and makes it possible them to get up on the furniture with strain or discomfort. I own basset hounds. I got my first one when my older basset was struggling to get on the bed about three or four years ago and it is still working fine. I recently bought two more so that my dogs had easy access to the couch and each basset had her own ramp to get on the bed. The dogs love them. Bassets can have back problems and these ramps help them to get on the furniture without straining their backs. They are sturdy and easy to assemble. I did have to train the dogs how to use them, but that only took a little bit of treats for bribes and patience. Now they trot up and down the ramps easily.

I purchased this for my puppy as she was hesitant to climb in and out of my car. I own a Prius and the step is low enough that I can place it in front of my rear, passenger side door and still open/close the door with no issues. My puppy is just a hair shy of 50 lbs. No problems with wobbling - it is very sturdy. Fits just fine in my trunk and still allows room for buying/storing groceries. I bought the gray. I have no issues with the carpet like some folks have said they have had - but I haven't gone out of my way to try to remove it, either. It provides enough traction that my dog is able to get in and out easily. The surface is large enough to provide plenty of maneuverability. I would recommend this to anyone with a car. I would be hesitant to recommend to someone with a larger vehicle where it is just the one step.

Great product! Very easy to put together. I have 15 year old terrier mix that is starting to miss more often when jumping up on furniture. This offers just the boost he needed to get up more easily. Don’t be discouraged if you dog doesn’t use it right away. It took my dog about a month of it being out before he used it. After a couple times of random use he started using it all the time. It works so well I bought second one.My only downside is the carpet tread is white. So it appears dirty easily. It says machine wash. However I would not recommend that. It came out a bit wonky afterwards, but it’s still useable. I’ll hand wash or spot clean only in the future.

I did a LOT of shopping around, measuring, and review-reading before going with this product. I first tried steps for my dog, but with his "Bambi" legs, he was very awkward with them and wanted no part of it! (He is a mid-size, 28 lb. super mutt with long legs.) This ramp, however, is perfect for him. The dimensions are great as my room is very limited on space. My bed is about 28" to the top, so it's a small step for him to get to the top when he arrives on the little platform. He is technically able to maneuver the bed without any ramp at all, but I know that that can be very taxing on dogs' joints over time. The ramp was very easy to assemble. My 12 and 5 year old niece and nephew put it together for me. The two-tone gray also goes well with my decor. It is very lightweight but also sturdy, which makes it easy to move when I want to. I would definitely recommend this product.

I bought this for our senior dog to be able to get into and out of the car and onto the couch. We were working on getting him used to it, however he unfortunately took a turn for the worse and passed away when I had only had this ramp for about 2 weeks.We have a little 12 year old chihuahua though, and I've already showed him that he can use it to get onto and down from our bed. He is already comfortable with it and I'm hoping he will learn to use it without coaxing soon. It works just as well for him, as it did for our 100lb American Bulldog, so this is a great option for senior dogs.

Dogs actually use it! Stairs no matter what I tried they wouldn't use but after a few rounds of treat motivation and blocking their only way to the sofa, they're using it all the time.

The material used is hard and unfamiliar to dogs. My dogs did not like the hard plastic loops and refused to use the ramp. I gave it away.

This is exactly what we needed. Our dog doesn’t like the other step options. And this one she is okay with.

This step works perfectly for our senior dog to get in and out of the van, but needed to put the shipping box under it to raise it to the height of our SUV back seat door. Still better than lifting her!
