Let me start with the packaging, very presentable and well organized box, every piece is so easy to find !Quality of the materials: great! Nothing feels cheap ! The clay didn’t leave any stains and the provided tools are east to use.I would highly recommend it as a gift or for a self use.

We used this with my one week old son. It was a very simple and fun process! I highly suggest purchasing this for any baby shower!

I got this to use for my boyfriends 2 cats. I found this one to be preferable to the single ones I had found and realized by reading other reviews this one has the option for clay or ink. So I used both packs of clay in one side to get one cats paws on the top half of one side and the other to get the other cats paws on the bottom half. I did the same on the other side for the ink. Then I put the cats paws who were on top- his picture in the top picture hole and the cat who’s paws I put on the bottom half in the bottom picture hole. I’ll say it wasn’t the easiest thing to get going. The clay was hardening quicker than I could get the cats paws in deep enough. The instructions didn’t have “How to For Dummies” instructions, so I had some issues with rolling out the clay and fitting it in right and knowing exactly how high it could go and such. Secondly, I got to the ink side. My gosh. They need to include more than one ink pad in this kit! The one they included was so easily torn through that I was trying to use corners of the thing to get a good paw print by the 3rd one. I can’t imagine a baby’s hand. Third, I did the best I could, either way it was a thoughtful gift I knew he’d cherish regardless, but I managed to get it all together and I notice the darn corner is cracked. *Note: I did not contact anyone in the business to fix this, so no blame there- but by this point there was no way I was going to try and get a replacement and redo this by Christmas in time- I can easily probably fix it with a bit of wood glue, but my goodness it was a holiday gift and I had to give it broken. We aren’t petty people so we agreed to buy some wood glue and fix it ourselves. It was a decent little project but I would recommend buying another ink kit to use for sure.Tidbit: I have 5 kids and I had enough left over clay for each of them to make a cute little something too!

The experience with the baby was so simple and fun, and the result was beautiful. Because of the different color options I could choose for the frame, it fit perfectly with my little one's room. It's a really nice keepsake.

Such an amazing way to keep a precious time in ones life, bought it for my second child and I wish I would have done it with my 1st as well.

1. The box it came in has dents.2. One of the corners (wood split)I barely opened the box & seen that the frame is damaged. Truly disappointed

Purchased this as part of a larger gift for my best friend's newborn and they absolutely LOVED it! I highly recommend for friends or family members - the set comes with everything you need and then some.
