Very glad we bought the replacement pads instead of an entire new scrubber. Mineral spirits worked perfectly to remove the residual glue from the old pads.

Great money-saver to renew your Mag-Float! I have 2 of these that were over 10-years old. Mine always stay submerged, and even though the in-water portion got cleaned, its glass-cleaning properties do wear over time.The most difficult part is getting the old pads off, especially the one that goes in-water. After I peeled off the old surfaces, I used Goo-Gone to remove the residue. The in-water one stayed overnight on a paper towel loaded with Goo-Gone, face down. The next morning, it was pretty easy to remove the old glue. Washed both magnets with soap and water and dried before putting on new pads.Excellent idea/product!

I have several magnet cleaners that were showing some age on the pads. These were a perfect fit and were easy to replace. Peel off the old one, remove old glue residue, peel the backing, stick. Takes 5 minutes or less to replace the pads.

I have been replacing my tank cleaner which is not an inexpensive endeavor. I saw these and thought why not? Let’s give it a try. So easy to use and it made my scraper brand new. Highly recommend it
