Monogram Pendant Necklace, Silver Monogrammed Necklace, Vine Preppy

Ordered this 3 weeks before valentine's day. Did not hear from the vendor regarding personalization. I sent a message on my own with information and never received a confirmation. It came with the letters in the wrong order (First, Middle, Last) because I didn't get a chance to confirm (but my wife liked it the way it was). Finally AFTER SAYING IT WAS A VALENTINES DAY GIFT, it STILL arrived several days late. If you do everything right (contact them directly, be SPECIFIC how you want the letters, AND order it WAY in advance of a gift giving event) you'll be OK. The item itself is pretty nice.

I love monogram necklaces and have purchased several for friends and family. The product looks great in the picture and I loved the idea that it was a slide so they could move it on to other necklaces. The problem is that it is no where near the size described. The description clearly states 1.5 inches wide. The product arrived and it is barely over an 1 inch. It measures 1.1 inches - 27% smaller than advertised.I contacted Best Name Necklace to give them the opportunity to correct it and their response was "it really depends on the letters, sometimes they come out smaller". I could understand if the difference were 5% but not 27%. I contacted them for a return but they will not return my emails.If I could give them a 0 I would. Very disappointed!

The monogram necklace is a lovely and light addition to my summer collection. Clean, crispt and soft the initials are easy to read, the chain is delicate, and the impact is full-force vine preppy! The delivery was an appropriate length of time for a customized piece; the packaging was elegant; and, the impact has a "wow" factor! Thanks for the product that makes me a 100% satisfied consumer!

I had been wanting a monogram necklace. I was checking the possibilities on Amazon. When I saw this necklace I knew it was the one I wanted. I ordered it and love it. As a matter of fact, I have ordered my two daughters one as a surprise. One of my daughters saw mine and really liked it. I can't wait for them to get theirs.

The actual monogram is heavy and very nice. It is one of the few that you can actually tell what the letters are. The "bell" holding it onto the chain is flimsy and just "bent", not sautered, so I am going to take it to get it made more solid in some way. The chain is very fine and almost choker length, and I do not have a very large neck. Overall good for the price, but I will probably wear it with a different chain

I would highly recommend this necklace, it is expertly crafted and of excellent quality. I ordered it for one of my daughter's friend's high school graduation. It did not take long to arrive and in fact, arrived ahead of the time promised. It is a wonderful size, not too small and yet, not large and gaudy.
