warranty that comes with it?

It comes with a 5 year warranty. I had a previous model and needed repairs after owning it for about 4 years. I brought it to Vacuum Villa a local authorized repair janitorial store and waited about two weeks and it was repaired and working as good as new. The shop had to wait for the parts to be shipped.

does the rug doctor mighty pro work on berber carpet

I used to have berber carpet. This was the only machine that would clean it and not leave it so wet afterwards that it took 2-3 days to dry With a fan! I've had mine for 10 years and still works as good as when I bought it. I did get rid of the berber, though!
