I'm just trying this supplement to see if it helps. I will write an updated review in a couple of months, when I've had a chance to see the effect of carotene on my system. I have chronic malabsorption of nutrients due to surgery, so I take a lot of supplements daily. Some seem better than others, but I trust the Solaray brand and have always found it of high quality.I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, so my reviews or opinions are strictly my own observations. Please don't rely on what I write as a basis for your personal health! I think it's good to try various supplements and brands, and find out what works best for your individual needs.
