As far as “you get what you pay for” goes, these are pretty awesome! Comfortable w a smooth stretch. They are well made and easy to use.

Exactly what I was looking for! I recently was doing PT from a work injury, but they didn't approve more visits. This is absolutely perfect to continue to strengthen my shoulder and elbow. Easy to use, appreciate the instructions, and a super kind letter from Tim the owner. Good quality stuff. Functions as one would expect. Comes with a chart for exercises and one for the different colored bands. Will be using this as a regular part of my routine.

These bands are by far the best product out there. I had L4,5 spinal fusion and a Total knee replacement 6 months apart. Rehab has been rough. I bought these bands to continue my rehab and not only will I but it came with a poster to workout arms, legs, core and back. PLEASE BUY THESE IF YOUR TRYING TO REHAB FROM ANY ORTHO SURGERY!!!! My physical therapist even praised this and tells her patients now to get these after they are done with PT to continue rehab. Insurance only pays so much!! I do not know the seller and this isn’t some stupid AI review. Lol. Im just a retired Police Officer that has had 22 orthopedic surgeries from a job that is beyond physically demanding. And these bands are getting me stronger everyday.

I use these for when I can't use my home equipment such as when at work or traveling. If you're a very strong person who lifts, these won't give you the heavy "weight" you're desiring but if used properly, you can still get muscle stress and get the dopamine pumping. I use for muscle exhaustion on chest, arms, shoulders, etc...most all upper body with a little lower back. You have to get creative for legs but typically I just resort to squats in the office...chair, box or free standing. Basically, just do something! Anything that moves your body! Be uncomfortable and stress yourself for just 15 minutes a day and for <$20 there is no excuse to not move. Daily light workout with proper diet (keto/carnivore) and fasting (OMAD at minimum) - got to get into autophagy to burn fat - and in a few weeks you'll feel completely different. Put down the carbs, seed oils and sugars and move! Con: where the bands connect to the handle are rough. I have to use all five bands at once. When doing shoulder press exercise it'll scratch my arms.

Item is as described. Great for travel when you can't get to the gym.

I am impressed. I used to work out in my younger days. Now I am older with lots of arthritis, but want to remain tone and lumber. These bands don't put stress on my joints; offer a big variety of exercises and be taken anywhere. I'm not into yoga or Pilates, and these stretch bands offer everything I am looking for at my age and with my health issues.
